Pure Land Farms has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purelandfarms.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Here is a list of items that cannot be returned;Digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs and products, Access Codes, gift cards, and shrink-wrapped items, such as CD's, that have been opened, are not returnable.However if you are having compatibility or quality issues with your content, please contact us for assistance.

EXCHANGES

Please write to us with details on the desired item, as well as the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, we will make the appropriate refund if applicable as well as instructions on purchasing your exchanged item. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We can ship anywhere in the world but rates vary according to distance. We use UPS and Federal Express, depending on the destination country.  Please contact us for specific rates.

Due to complex and varying customs regualtions, any additional taxes or fees are the responsibility of the custumer. Thank you.

Yuthok Yönten Gönpo, the younger is the great 12th century Tibetan physician and meditation adept who is considered to be an emanation of Medicine Buddha and known as the Father of Tibetan Medicine. Attributed to Yuthok are both the Tibetan medical texts, the Gyud Zhi and the Yuthok Nyingthig, a complete system of practice, beginning with Ngöndro (the preliminaries) and progressing through Kyerim andDzogrim (Creation and Completion Stage practices) to the highest practices of Mahamudra and Dzogchen especially suited for busy and modern people, and anyone in who practices medicine or healing modalities.

This rare statue, handcrafted in Kathmandu, Nepal by master artisan is nine inches tall, copper with gold plating. It is filled with special medicinal substances and fully consecrated by Buddhist monks in the Kathmandu valley.

Shanglon Dorje Düddul is the special protector of the Yuthok Nyingthig medicine tradition, considered the brave ‘minister’ to the great king, the Medicine Buddha who clears away obstacles to health and wealth, protects the natural environment, and eliminates obstacles to one’s spiritual development. For those in the field of medicine or healing, Shanglon is an especially important protector.

Pure Land Farms commissioned a limited edition of 108 rare statues of this Shanglon in order to support the construction of our Yuthok Ling temple, the first temple in the Western world dedicated to the practice of the Yuthok Nyingthig.

Handcrafted in Kathmandu, Nepal by master artisans, the statue is ten inches tall, copper with gold plating, filled with special substances and fully consecrated by Buddhist monks in the Kathmandu valley.

If you have received practice instruction then the practice text is available for you to purchase. Please refrain from purchasing texts that you have not been instructed in or received empowerment for. As a general rule of thumb, one must first recieve the essential empowerment, complete a 7-day Ngondro retreat followed by a 7-day Outer Guru Yoga retreat before the Kheyrim or Dzogrim practice texts should be used.
