Suggested Use:
Thoroughly research moxibustion and acupoints before using or consult a practitioner.
Burn above proper points for about 20 minutes at a time, 3 times per week, depending on your condition.
Pregnant women, children, infants and elderly people should consult an acupuncturist before use. Should not be used during menstruation.
